Challenge:
As a leadership team for the school, design, develop, and implement a behavior program for an elementary school based on a multi-tiered system of support known as RTI2-B and train educators on implementing the behavior program.
Requirements:

as a team, develop a cohesive, school-wide behavior program for all students with a focus on providing behavioral and social supports

design an implementation manual about the behavior program for educators to refer to and utilize

design an instructor-led training for educators about the behavior program

Results:
After the training and program implementation:

89% of staff identified all 3 components of the behavior program

93% of staff agreed or strongly agreed that the overall the plan was beneficial for students

98% of staff found this program suitable for the described purposes and mission

77% of staff participated in implementing the key components of the program
